Do we need an architect, or an idea of what we want?
Guzman Home Renovation LLC, is a full-service design-and-build organization, which means basically we are a one-stop-shop. We have drafters and engineers on staff. In addition, the owner of Guzman Home Renovation LLC, is an Architectural Designer, so he is hands-on with all designs and structural layouts. As far as an idea, yes it helps, but you are welcome to come to us without any idea or design. This is where we excel. Just give us a general idea of where you expect your family to grow to in the future, answer a few, basic questions, and you will be pleasantly surprised at what we come up with. We design your home for today, with tomorrow and the future in mind.
Who will running my project?
Guzman Home Renovation LLC, employs project managers that take care of your every need. These managers oversee your project, explain the job to the crew in detail, and make certain that the correct materials are delivered. Most importantly, they keep you, the client, happy and in-the-loop. All project managers are overseen by the owner. The owner is also handing on, with regular job-site visits.
